We often feed our own depression and demise!!’ Often times we are not even aware of it…. The music we listen to, people we listen to, lack of sunlight, lack of exercise, living in the past, no goals, no ambition!!!

Cold weather = vehicle, road, home, more clothing, pets, depression, laziness, obesity, domestic violence, substance abuse etc.

What is it this year? New year/new you? Getting in shape? Leaving that job? Leaving that unhappy relationship? Filing for that divorce? Finally standing up for yourself?? What does your history say?? What’s the data?? WHAT ARE THE FUCKIN FACTS???

My birthday thoughts closing in the next year on the mid century mark!!!

Mental health, control of my anxiety, free my mind, fighting depression, my mission, my journey, my purpose!!!

People peek at different times, ages, and stages of life and this goes for almost everything!!!! Height, athleticism,knowledge, career, wisdom etc….LET US TALK ABOUT IT!!

We all know so many of these couples throughout our life : family, parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, co workers…..AND POSSIBLY US /YOU!!!

Do we really know the truth about the history of thanksgiving…..compared to what we were taught in school, churches, within our community, families?? HAPPY THANKSGIVING 2023
