Savannah Loudspeaker

Scary is a wonderful pillar of the Savannah music scene. Dude records so many band from Savannah and all over the country. I feel this conversation we had highlights why so many artists repeatedly choose to record with this wonderful human, his humanity, humor, and HUGE hankering for gear collecting hahaha. Anyway enjoy!

David is one hell of a performer, screen printer, and professional wrestler!

Dude has been in the savannah scene since the old days of Sweet Melissa basement shows, Velvet Elvis, and Hangfire. He has the wonderful gift of conversation and a pretty damn good memory of all his musical exploits. We had a wonderful conversation about the local savannah underground history!

Derek has been in so many bands that we barely scratched the surface of his musical history!

He was in Still Well, A Girl A Gun A Ghost, Crazy Bag Lady, Gretta O and the Toxic Shock, Black Tusk, and his solo project Kola Hak. Dude is wicked talented and such a warm presence, anytime spent with this lovely human is time well spent. As a fellow Mellow Mushroom alumni we kind of just hit it off as old friends do.

Rose is a wonderful energy and force of nature! They have so much power in their voice and an incredible ability to get people together to fight for just causes. They are honestly one of the best performers I have ever seen with their command of the stage and calming energies paired with asking real tough questions to put everything they rap about into perspective!

Tanner Hamilton is one hell of a great friend! He is such a well rounded musician who absolutely destroys his drum kit or his GEORGEOUS aluminum neck guitar. He not only is a sick musician he also is a HUGE supporter of the local scene. You can find him at so many shows throwing down or watching in awe of the incredible acts we get here in Savannah.
