This week on the Skiff Wanderer Podcast, I sit down with Brian Donovan, President of the North Texas CCA Chapter, to talk about the proposed desalination plant in Driscoll, Texas. The project plans to discharge brine waste directly into Baffin Bay—an ecosystem already under pressure and deeply important to the Texas coast and our fishing community.
