Dad made baked tofu in the convection oven and mini shell pasta. Topics covered include Sam working during school, Eli's first day of Shakespeare camp and Eli's difficulty with child proof tops.

Eli made Sloppy Joe's for dinner. We talked about Mom's TENS unit and how it works, the kids' love of the show "What We Do in the Shadows" and Sam's struggle sometimes with tone of voice when they are trying to be sarcastic.

Tonight, Sam made steak with a butter and herb sauce, which came out quite delicious, and pasta. Subjects we discussed included Mom's work on the farm, movies and trying to piss off the star trek/star wars community and much more!

We celebrate Father's Day with Philly Cheese steak and strawberry shortcake. We also discuss Sam's inability to properly whip cream.

Sam and Dad cooked. Sam's choice was minestrone with ground beef. We ate out on the front deck and talked about Dad skipping pages when reading books to the kids, and how many motorcycles constitute a "gang".

Wherein we talk about having a kite bar b q, what Eli is doing for the summer and Sam's weird torso arm length thingy.

On Tuesdays, the kids make dinner on their own. We had pasta and black beans, and Dad feels like he has teeny tiny hands. We also catch up with what the kids are doing at school.

Tonight's dinner was Sloppy Joe where we laughed and dealt with end of school year issues.
