------- šChocolate Cherry Banana smoothie
ā INGREDIENTS:
-8 ounces almond milk, unsweetened
-1 banana
-¼ - ½ cup cherries
-1 scoop Booty Bands & Barbells Chocolate protein powder
-2 TBL plain Greek yogurt (optional)
-1 cup baby spinach or kale
-Optional add in: 1 TBL peanut or almond butter (or powdered such as PB2)
ā TIPS:
Itās best to have your fruits and vegetables frozen beforehand and eliminates the need to add extra ice unless you want more.
Use good quality high powered blender to mix it all up and enjoy!
ā INGREDIENTS:
-8 ounces almond milk, unsweetened
-½ banana
-4 TBL pumpkin puree
-¼ cup diced apple
-¼ cup diced sweet potato
-2 TBL plain Greek yogurt (up to ¼ cup)
-1 cup spinach (about a handful)
-1 scoop Booty Bands & Barbells vanilla protein powder
-.5 tsp pumpkin spice
-.25 cinnamon
-.5 tsp vanilla extract
-.25 tsp turmeric (optional)
-Other optional ingredients to add more benefits and substance:
-1 TBL chia seeds and/or 1 TBL ground flax meal
-¼ cup rolled oats
ā TIPS:

UseĀ good quality high powered blender to mix it all up and enjoy!

-½ - 1 cup strawberries
-1 TBL chia seeds
-¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats
-1 cup baby spinach
-1 scoop Booty Bands & Barbells vanilla protein powder
-Optional ā 1tsp honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter
ā TIPS:
Itās best to use frozen ingredients for a thick, creamy consistency. Add more ice if you want it thicker, or more liquid for a thinner smoothie.
Blend until smooth in a high quality blender for best results.
