  • Ep. 20 - We Need Practical Leadership - Interview w/Duane Williams Jr.

It got real REAL in my conversation with Youth Pastor Duane Williams Jr. As a former Baltimore City police office, youth advocate, and minister of the gospel his insights and viewpoints come from a place of experience and wisdom. The talk we had may be seen (or heard rather lol) as a bit controversial because we dug into some of the politics of “church”. Should preachers charge an honorarium to share the Word of God? Should musicians leverage the “need” for music as a means to get paid for serving in their local congregations?

Yeah…it was that kind of talk.
