𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

God calls parents to be good stewards of His gifts, including our children. As we send our children out into the world, the goal would be to send them out prepared to use their God-given design, strengths and gifts to change the world. But the truth is, though most parents would agree with the goal, the means to reach the goal of ‘aiming our arrows” in the direction God intends have not been clear or available.
Our guests for our 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐏𝐎𝐃𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐃𝐄 have seen the need and have felt God’s calling to do something to fill the void.
Listen to Walt and Tammie Jurek, founders and “archery coaches” if you will, for Aiming Your Arrows, an organization whose purpose is to help parents and children discover their God-given design and to help parents to aim their children in the direction God intended to reach their life goals as God has purposed.
Walt has an MS degree in System Engineering from USAF Institute of Technology and has served as Quandom Assistant Professor of Engineering Mechanics at the USAF Academy. He is currently the Assistant Professor of Science at Grace School of Theology and an Engineering and Physics instructor at LeTourneau University.
Tammie has a BS degree in Biblical Studies from Word of Life Bible Institute and Calvary Bible College. She has served as a missionary to Uruguay and the homeless in New York City. Tammie has worked closely with homeschool moms in helping to create events and activities for their families and was the former event planner for GSOT before joining Walt in establishing the Design, Discovery and Development Foundation.
Walt and Tammie have been married for 30 years and raised four children who are now adults, mature in their faith and walk with Jesus. The Jureks desire to share with other parents the tools of their success and the lessons they are still learning about parenting.
