An alternate view from the up-and-coming generation. Learn from failure. Take responsibility. Your life is a result of your choices and your habits. If you want things good then you have to put in the work. Don't complain without doing anything to change your situation.
Jordan Yates is a highly ambitious Millenial Gen Z hybrid. Besides corporate marketer, she's a mechanical engineer, podcast host, social influencer, creator-for-hire, non-profit supporter and soldering hobbyist. And she's only two years out of college.
Why do we care? Because part of the American Dream involves each generation doing better than the previous. Recent surveys say that Gen Z is first to feel they won't do better. Here we have someone who says otherwise — but you don't just get it handed to you. It's on you to get there.
The older generation always worries about the younger one. But nothing has ever always been the way it's always been. If we have more Jordans maybe there's still hope for our society.
