Awareness and Observation is 2 of the 5 stages of mindfulness which I have found that may be create an understanding in Mindfulness. I have to give Joseph Goldstein a mention as I found his podcast thought provoking.
Remember these stages are also helped with taking time to look after yourself and have moments to Breath. On doing breathing etc I have found that I was missing something, so this is where the 5 stages of understanding mindfulness has come from.
This podcast introduces the topic of mindfulness and also shine the light on 5 stages. These 5 stages are only something that I have found that may help to create the journey of mindfulness easier.

The following podcast will look more at some options of treatment or to slow down the stages to burnout and to be more aware of these stages. This is based on my experiences and readings, as I will introduce other like minded people who have come out the other side, to help share what has worked form them in later podcasts.
