🕯️What you need for today's SAVORING THE SWEET RITUAL:
- The list of past experiences that you wrote down from our previous Recollection Ritual(if you don't have that, I do encourage you to go back to the previous episode first- but if you don't feel like it, you can just move on).
- Pen, Paper, highlighter or colored pen- for today's reflections.
- Sacred Space- where you won't be disturbed. (optionally, you can have a candle, incense, anything that helps you enter into that sacred space)
- Get grounded- with a few minutes of meditation or a few deep breaths (when I'm really scattered I love a hot shower to cleanse my energy and ground).

- RECOLLECT past experiences
