Tonight, we're talking about gratitude- Noticing the good things already around us and taking a moment to appreciate them.
From the people who love us, to the little moments that make us smile, gratitude helps us slow down and remember that even an ordinary day can hold something special.
So get comfortable, settle in, and end the day with a few quiet thoughts about thankfulness, love, and the good things we sometimes forget to notice.
I thank you for joining me on another episode of "Say Goodnight".
It's time to Say Goodnight.
Goodnight.
Being kind doesn't always mean doing something big. Sometimes it's simply noticing someone, including them, helping them, or reminding them that they matter.
In this episode of Say Goodnight: Family Edition, we talk about small acts of kindness, looking out for others, standing up for yourself, and remembering that being kind to yourself matters too.
A quiet bedtime reminder for kids that even the smallest kind choice can make someone's day a little better.
Being brave doesn't mean you're never scared. Sometimes courage is simply taking a deep breath and trying anyway.
In this episode of Say Goodnight: Family Edition, we talk about nervous feelings, new experiences, making mistakes, starting school, making friends, and what it REALLY means to be courageous.
A quiet bedtime reminder for kids that they don't have to be fearless. They just have to be brave enough to try.
During the times of a global pandemic it seems racism has hit yet another peak on the forever rollercoaster that is oppression. It is no longer a time to be a bystander and claim it isn't our problem. If we are not fighting against inequality regardless of skin color then we are in fact a part of the problem itself. In this episode my hope is to ignite a fire in you to join the fight and end racism. Stand up for what is right.
While the World stands still, keep moving forward. Anxiety and stress are at an all time high for most people these days. This is a reminder that by enduring this challenge we're all facing, progress is being made whether you feel it or not. Don't be so hard on yourself.
The world is enduring a pandemic that has turned our lives and routines upside down. Stress and anxiety have overtaken many of us. In this episode I offer some advice and some everyday methods that can help alleviate the overwhelming emotions we're experiencing. We're all in this together, support is much needed and welcomed during this time.
In this episode I raise awareness on the topic of bullying. So many millions of people dread going to work or school the next day because of the way other people treat them. Nobody should have to go through those feelings.
In our everlasting war against anxiety and the "Sunday scaries" continues I shed some light on information that shows we're all in this battle together. There's also an added incentive and suggestion to make your Mondays something you actually look forward to!
Sunday nights fill millions of people of all ages with anxiety. The reasons are endless but it seems that Sunday magnifies it. New work week, school week, you name it. Every Sunday I will be here to try and help alleviate the anxiety through Say Goodnight
We never truly know what others are going through. Even with our own slate of problems or "bad days" we should always take the time to be kind to others. it has a tremendous impact on people and could very well be the key to making the world a better place.
