Season 4 is here! In this week's episode, I am so excited to have my excellent guest Isaac Smitherman! Isaac is my high school best friend turned not friend turned friend again, lol. This is the start of the Friendship Series, where guests and I explore friendship and what it means at different times to different people. Together we discuss our falling out in high school, how we both have changed and grown since that time, what friendship means to us now, and so much more!

In this week's solo episode, I unravel some of my thoughts about the world's state from the last week or so. I mainly have been thinking a lot about how right now we all seem to be living in two realities. One is focused on completing assignments at work or school. The other is seeing police officers get away with the murder of Breonna Taylor, a country divided seemingly beyond repair and an environmental crisis that does not get enough attention. I have been thinking a lot more about the bigger picture and the future, and hopefully some of ya'll can relate to that as well. I hope you enjoy.
In this week's episode, I have another fantastic guest, Rikki Lee! Rikki is an idea monetizer and digital creator who has her own marketing agency, poppin' Instagram, and youtube channel, all at the age of 18! Together we spoke about how she got into making content, being a college student with a business, how the pandemic has changed how she does her work, her advice to young business owners, and so much more!

In this week's episode, I have my good friend Troy Lyke as a guest! I wanted to hear from another current Zoom University student with a different major to see how his academic year has been going so far. We also discuss Troy's side hustles, car mechanic skills, the importance of voting, and how he is incapable of bragging on himself lol. Troy is a grandpa that doesn't use social media, so no links to him lol, enjoy!

In this week's solo episode, I kind of just word vomited a little bit. There is so much going on in the world, as usual. I spoke about how the black community is in grieving right now, how the loss of Chadwick Boseman has affected myself and others, the importance of cherishing every day, and how I truly believe that all of this pain will take us somewhere great. Give people their flowers while they are here; it's not the same when they are gone.

This week, we have another fantastic guest, Shaienne Knox! Shaienne is one of my best friends, and she just became a member of the United States Coast Guard, which gives her a unique perspective when discussing fitness. Together we discuss our struggles and journeys with health and wellness, how being "fit" is now trendy, how important it is to have a good relationship with food, and we also talk about our shared youtube channel and the age-old conversation of how to stay motivated as a content creator and creative. It's a long one, so grab a snack and enjoy it!
