Limiting Beliefs can become roadblocks to accomplishing your goals.

What is limiting beliefs?

• A limiting belief is a thought or state of mind that you think is the absolute truth and stops you from doing certain things. These beliefs don't always have to be about yourself, either. They could be about how the world works, ideas, and how you interact with people.

“I’m too young to manage people”

“I don’t know enough to be a good coach”

"I am not as good as "X" and why even try"

"They will judge me"

"Why start a new career at my age?"

How do we identify them?

• Awareness 
• Body shifting/feeling?
• Mind is a powerful tool

What can we do to break from them?

• How is this belief serving me?
• What’s true (factual) about this belief?
• *Honest with yourself, is it me? Am I creating this story?

Naturally, being a part of the same family, we share a beautiful family history. During our recent Life Coaching session, we discovered that even though we are from two different generations we had a lot in common. We are enriched personally and collectively when we are open to explore the way each generation passes to the next their many treasures.
