What is an affirmation? In simpler terms, it means to state as a fact or offering of emotional support of encouragement. These help you gently replace negative thoughts that are cluttered in your mind, to more positive thoughts. Affirmations also remind you who you really are! 

I share ten affirmations that you can do everyday to love yourself more. We all have flaws that we don't like, but try not to look at them as a bad thing. The way you may think about your flaws could be beautiful to someone else.

Listen to this whenever you can or even make your own affirmations. For starters, say your affirmations in the mirror. You might laugh at first (I sure did) but the more you do it, the more you will love yourself!
