Hi Friends,

I got back a couple weeks ago from two weeks at an Ayahuasca retreat center, during which the concept of integration was talked about and encouraged a lot. In this video, I speak about the importance of integrating those things — books, podcasts, teachers, ceremonies, etc. — that have awakened us to new perspectives or ways of being. A life-changing book will only create real change in our lives if we take action to initiate the changes we feel called to create. It’s the same with everything else. Thought only gets us so far. To create transformation, we need to act.
