Chris Martin is Vice President for Finance and Administration / CFO at Salt Lake Community College in Salt Lake City, Utah. That's the mission as he describes it, but they have to adjust to compete with things like Google Certificates or Amazon Certificates. "Are we willing to adjust how we do things to compete on a new level?"
