leviticus sounds terrifying.. in fact.. all of the old testament does. but this episode is all about how it is really NOT so scary and it is definitely not intimidating! listen in for some encouragement about how to approach studying the old testament, no matter your bible study experience ◡̈
irrelevant and boring - probably what most people at some point have believed about the bible. in this episode, we talk about the importance of scripture and how it really is exactly the opposite of that ◡̈
the long awaited episode, something we have all struggled with from time to time... or more often than that. how does struggling with your mental health affect your relationship with God? How can we turn those deep emotions and feelings into a more genuine and authentic walk with Jesus? Does struggling with anxiety or depression make me a 'bad' Christian? All questions answered through my own personal experience of this past year as I struggled more than I ever have with my mental health. Can't wait to share this part of my story with you <3
no matter the situation we are currently in, we all can face the pangs of loneliness. but these are the moments that Jesus can become the most real to us. how can we change our perceptive on our alone moments to grow deeper and closer to God? I, by no means, have this figured out. but i am continually learning and in this episode i share some of my thoughts on this :)
we have all been there! in this episode I will be going through some practical mindsets, perspectives, and tools for those seasons when you realize you are just going through the motions. God has won this victory for us, and given us full access to His heart at all times, don't waste any more time lacking intimacy with Him. <3
it is not fun to completely rebuild what your view of wholeness is, but i had to do it this past year. and i have learned so much (and will keep learning forever) and i can't wait to share this journey with you. as backwards as it seems, brokenness is actually where we find wholeness in the Lord. and it changes your life forever.
