Louise Robertson has her own business in North Wales where she teaches first aid to people in the outdoors, works with Mountain Rescue, and facilitates a variety of outdoor pursuits... but this hasn't always been the case. In fact, Lou was incredibly unconfident at school and went through the majority of her life to date believing she was stupid and would never achieve anything. Until everything changed.
