On today's episode Dwayne talks about God's expectations of us as well as our life's expectations of us. He has had to come to grips with the fact that even though expectations can some times feel daunting, if you do them the way the Shepherd wants you to then no matter what may come you will be alright. He also mentions Hebrews and Proverbs as good books to read when it comes to living a righteous, wisdom filled life.

He also, talks about the power of talk to yourself positively and using your mind for your benefit rather than your detriment. On todays episode Dwayne talks about the ability for us to be like Jesus. Jesus walked for a reason, even in the midst of chaos, turmoil or anything else people deemed important he took his time. Look at Lazarus or the Woman with the issue of blood Jesus did not rush in any instant and the outcome worked out in their favor. We have to learn to slow down to be in the presence of God.
