Mark shares his story of how he started his professional career in sales recruitment (very cut throat) as a brash cocky 21 year old, thinking he was the man after landing the role and going through the process of 5 interviews only to find he was in a “hire and fire” target driven conveyor belt company, after 12 months he was the longest serving member of the team – talk about no job security!
