In Episode 15, The Stream Chasers sat with Chiko the founder of The Perfect Office and Perfect Staffing, as well as a real estate investor.  

Chiko, created a Staffing Company after working as an temp for a couple of years and realizing he could have his own business with a different twist.  After growing Perfect Staffing and overcoming obstacles, he then pivoted into The Perfect Office-- An affordable rental office space business for entrepreneurs who are looking to be professional without shelling out hundreds of thousands in buildout costs.
