In this solo episode, I share six business ideas you can start using AI agents like Muse, Grokbot, and Instinct. Over the past six weeks, I've been experimenting with letting AI actually do the work for me, and the results have been pretty crazy. I show how I used AI to get eight pool quotes in 24 hours, save thousands on contractors, automate Facebook Marketplace, and build an $11 website that's already generating leads. We also get into AI-powered dropshipping, automated client outreach, and building simple businesses that practically run themselves. Finally, I break down which AI agents work best for different tasks and share the exact prompts I've been using.
Enjoy!

I sat down with Justin Hall, who turned an old church in a strip mall into an event venue generating around $16,000 a month while still working a full-time job. We talked about how he and his wife got started, how spending less than $100 on Facebook ads brought in $10,000 in bookings, and how he uses a clever referral system to turn party guests into future customers. Justin also broke down his pricing, expenses, and how renting his space to three churches covers his monthly rent. We also discussed how someone could test this business without signing a long-term lease and the biggest mistakes to avoid when getting started.

He tried 8 AI businesses in 6 months while he still had a job. The 9th makes over $1M ayear with 3 people. Now regular people are reselling it to local businesses for $2,000 up front and $500 a month, and the AI writes the monthly report.

Eli leased one 53 foot trailer for $350 a month and rented it to his uncle for $180 a week. Six years later he had 300 of them, $250,000 a month, two employees he'd never met, and he ran it from his phone in Colombia. He sold it last month for seven figures. Startup cost: $4,000.

We did our own Shark Tank! Nik and Brandon joined me on stage, our team narrowed over 250 applicants down to 10 founders, and the three of us went in completely blind. No pitches seen beforehand, real reactions, real money on the table. Each founder got two minutes to pitch, then we dug in. At the end the audience voted for a People's Choice winner who took 10% of the night's revenue. This is the members only cut, so you're getting more of the full back and forth than the public version. Watch it, then go start something.

I sat down with Aaron Fooks, founder of Hytros, to break down the simple referral business that helped him generate $27K in a month by connecting local businesses with each other. We talked about how he went from charging $150 per introduction to selling $6,000 referral packages, the exact cold calling and texting strategy he uses to find opportunities, and why building relationships can be much more valuable than selling traditional leads. Aaron also walks through real examples of painters, electricians, landscapers, and other home service businesses landing valuable jobs through these connections.

I sat down with Brandon Elliott. He was a busboy making $30K a year with an $80,000 credit limit, and now he uses 0% interest credit cards to fund real estate and business deals. He showed me how to get the banks to say yes, the one phone call that turns a credit limit into cash, and why a credit card you already own might be worth money to someone else.
This is Brandon's method and it's aggressive. Talk to your CPA before you apply for anything.

I sat down with Mike Herod, who turned a simple Facebook post into a surprisingly profitable shop class business for kids. We talked about how he started with almost no money, grew it through homeschool groups and word of mouth, and eventually landed a $30,000 contract teaching just two hours every Friday. Mike breaks down exactly what tools you need, how he prices classes, where he finds customers, and why keeping the projects simple is key. We also talk about how this can stay a small weekend side hustle or grow into a much bigger business.

I went out to Frisco, Texas to meet Angela Henson, a 20-year-old who turned her parents’ front porch into Little Bit Bakery, a home bakery doing around $2,000 in sales every Saturday morning. Angela showed me exactly how she runs the business, from baking sourdough, cinnamon rolls, cookies and bagels to managing preorders and selling out to lines of customers in about an hour. We talked about how she started without a big audience, how one simple TikTok helped the business take off, and the steps someone could follow to start their own micro bakery from home. We also broke down pricing, costs, cottage food laws, social media and why selling directly to your local community can be such a powerful business model.

I sat down with Tyler Purcell, co-founder of Laundry Spot, at their flagship location in Hamilton, Ohio, to see how a laundromat can generate more than $1 million a year. Tyler walked me through their massive 130-pound washing machine, proprietary detergent system, commercial laundry operation, and the technology they use to manage the business remotely. We also broke down startup costs, financing, margins, site selection, and the grand-opening strategy that helped them quickly attract customers. Finally, Tyler explained why buying an old “passive” laundromat can become a low-paying job and how Laundry Spot has grown into a franchise with 36 territories sold.
