    TOP QUOTES

    Indus Khaitan

[6:59] "Software delivered overnight– change the color, change this code, and you have a new product altogether. Lovely."

[20:20] "That's what's happening in SaaS. We do not know how much we have bought. If you have bought it, we have not used it… That's the biggest issue: Overbought licenses, underused product features."

    Matt Wolach

[6:15] "Software is something you create out of nothing. It's just kind of an amazing thing. You don't have to go out and source some plastic for manufacturing or something. It's pretty ridiculous how we can create this million-dollar idea that Indus has created just because you saw a problem, saw pain, and know that you can create a solution."

[21:04] "That's good advice. I think it's really smart to be able to pick a niche that you're connected with or at least start to realize– how do I get more connected with this niche."

  • 247.5: Announcement: Podcast Rebrand - Changing Our Name

WOW! I was surprised to see that my podcast 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟳𝟯 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 last year.

And that it is one of the top SaaS podcasts in the world! With this, I have an announcement:

We’ve been doing this podcast for almost 3 years now (sounds crazy to say).

I have met and learned from some of the best and smartest people in the tech world.

And the feedback from many of you has been overwhelming, I’m so glad it’s helping you grow.

But now it’s time to make a change. But not a big one, only a name change.

The previous name, SaaS-story in the Making, was my idea. I thought it sounded fun and cute, and played off the phrase “History in the making.”

The idea was to deliver you the stories of those who were building their SaaS companies so you could learn from their experience.

We did that - the stories and lessons have been tremendous!

But the name was long, and many didn’t understand the reasoning behind the name. It didn’t roll off the tongue.

So we’re changing the name of the show to:

    Scale Your SaaS

Every week we’ll focus on giving you specific tips and methods for growing your software company.

From marketing, to sales, to operations, finance, and more.

All around getting you to your goals and dreams.

So, if you haven’t yet, subscribe to the show so you don't miss out on any key insights.

You may see it still listed as “SaaS-story In the Making” on the podcast site of your choice, so subscribe there, it will rollover to “Scale Your SaaS” soon enough.
