I think when we start something or try to fulfill a resolution we have trouble sticking to it and when there are no results we quit. Here are 5 ways to be consistent with your resolutions.

It’s hard to move on from past mistakes and start now. But there’s no better time than now, and if you want to cross something off your bucket list then listen. Also, my opinion on how I move past my mistakes.
