David is an award-winning speaker, storyteller, expert in building high-performing teams, and the author of the best selling book “Get Out the Door!”  

In 2004, David suffered a devastating motorcycle accident that fractured his spine. He had to learn to stand and walk again. David went from a wheelchair to running up the Empire State building, riding to the top of Mount Mitchell, and running the Marine Corps Marathon.

Dr. Melissa MacDonald is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic. She then spent two years of specialty training in the Human Performance Center where she focused her research and clinical skills on specific testing and treatment protocols. Heidi attended Boise State University and received Bachelor of Science in Athletic training while working for Boise State athletics, 2 seasons with Boise State Football 1 season with Men's basketball, and various other sports including track and field, women's gymnastics, and women's swim and dive. Heidi graduated with the intention of going to PT school and working in collegiate athletics; however, while in PT school, she had her own powerful experience with wellness that shifted her focus to where she is today. Heidi is now a Doctor of Physical Therapy & business owner working with individuals to improve their overall wellness with evidence-based tools and skills (no fad diets, no herbs, and supplements to reduce pain.. real science-backed tools) to reduce their chronic illness risk.
