  • Episode 5- Sparkle Sparkle Talkie Toy
    Ok
we're back and after a couple of episode's without a special guest
(because of how much Scarecon coverage we had) we've got two for this
month. This time we're recording from the luxury of our secret desert
island which is kind of lucky as this is our Summer special after all
    !!
    Typically,
we ran over by a ridiculous amount and found there was little we
could cut – both Dombie and Paul are incredible to have on as
guests and we thank them for giving up some time out of their busy
schedules to be on the show.
    We
cover the usual news and rumours before heading to Blackpool where we
experience the Blackpool Tower Dungeon and Pasaje Del Terror where we
    also interview Tommy LivseyIt
starts to get a bit warm but luckily we have friend of the show David
Sangwell from Bartender HQ who's on hand to provide us with some
liquid refreshment. For his full recipe check
    out:http://bartenderhq.com/the-scaretrack-zombie-cocktail/along
with the full video. David is an absolute star and if you run a bar
at your event you wouldn't go far wrong speaking to David who'd be
able to advise you on some recipes as well as some do's and don'ts!
We're also blaming the Zombies for some of the technical issues we
were plagued with this month ….
    Dombie
joins us and we discuss how brave kids can be, how cowardly parents
can be sometimes and the controversy over Cardiff Zombie Walk. Dom's
event Zombie Survival Weekender sounds absolutely incredible and I
think that shines throughout the interview – he's also got a
competition to win tickets to his family event which you'll have to
listen in to be in with a chance of scooping up. zombiesw.co.uk/
    Paul
'Harold the Bat' Davies from tollbooth music is on hand along with
elephants, ukeleles and waterboarding furbys. Paul is the genius
behind some incredible soundscapes which have helped cement the
foundations of some really awesome attractions.

  • Episode 2: Alas poor Mikey, I knew him well.
Well it's that time of the month once again and here's your next edition of the show.We had lots of fun recording this one thanks to some great guests in the form of Andy Cookie Rawlings and Mackenzie Vee Crompton. Andy has 15 years experience acting in Scare, working in some of the most well known attractions in the country as well as a few internationally. You can find him through Facebook or his twitter page which is @scaryfiend. Andy talks about some of the basics aswell as his book Through
The Dead Eye: A eulogy to the art of Scare Acting. Finally, we roll onto our new feature "That'll never work" and pitch a rather unique and frankly bizarre scare attraction called Fried FrazzledMackenzie has been hosting ghost walks in York for a number of years and hosts a brand new walk called Shadows Of York offering private tours of a beautifully creepy city. We talk in depth about the tours, her youtube channel and she reveals a shocking revelation! Find her at: https://www.facebook.com/shadowsofyorktour?fref=ts Friend of the show, Michael Bolton gives us a live initial reaction to Necropolis: London's Journey Of The Dead the pop up attraction by Apocalypse Events (http://zombieapocalypselondon.co.uk/ ). The event ran for just three nights and played to over a thousand lucky guests. You can read Michael's full review over on Scaretour at: http://www.scaretouruk.com/review---necropolis---londons-journey-of-the-dead.html On top of this we'll be going over the usual news and rumours and covering all of the feedback we've had so far. Keep your comments and suggestions coming through facebook, twitter and our email ([email protected]) and we'll get you on our next show. If you'd like to be a guest on a future show, get in contact asap - our calendar is filling up quickly! Speaking of our next show, we'll be at Scarecon in June. We'll also be interviewing guests so if you'd like to be on the show, be sure to come and speak to Colin, Mikey and Sean.
