Who is the "P.O.W." in the Godspeed War? It seems to be the white-clad speedster they caught, but in the end it may be Team Flash. Luckily John Diggle shows up to give them a hand. Their captive reveals that he and all the other villains are after a man named August Heart. Some want to kill him, some want to help him. Barry tries everything to stop them but nothing seems to work. Plus, Deon has had to pull Iris out of time to protect her from a mysterious problem. Jay and Josh practice the art of entropy on this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

Godspeed is the "Enemy at the Gates" of Central City. But there seems to be more than ever and they may be battling themselves! Barry tries to discover if Iris is really pregnant, but there seems to be just too many distractions. Caitlin wants to operate and help Ultraviolet, Frost saves Chillblaine and brings him back to STAR, and Joe works with Kramer to find her brother. Then Godspeed attacks. Then another Godspeed attacks. And soon they are all overrun by the ghostly speedster with no hope of escape. But a lucky turn of events buys them some time. Jay and Josh boot up their old modems on this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

Allegra feels quicker than a "Rayo de Luz", but is still going to have a hard time stopping Ultraviolet. Her nemesis is back in Central City, but Barry and Iris are on a little vacation and can't help to stop the former Black Hole assassin. Allegra wants to convince her cousin to give up this life of crime, just like her mentor the Flash would do. Chester is willing to help, but he's not much of a fighter. That's when our old friend Sue Dearbon shows up. She knows all about Ultraviolet and is convinced there's no getting through to her. But Ultraviolet's intentions may be a little different than they all thought. Plus, Joe comes closer to discovering the truth about Kramer. Are her motivations noble? Jay and Josh explore all the waves in the spectrum on this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

It's not a "Masquerade" party if Psycho Pirate is the one wearing the mask. Cecile has spent years denying her past mental health issues. And now the mask of Psycho Pirate is taking advantage of her weakness and abilities so it can live forever. Barry also becomes trapped in Cecile's mind and they have to rely on the rest of the team to get them out. But does Chester have enough self-confidence to succeed? Jay and Josh let their minds do the talking on this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

It's "Good-Bye Vibrations" for Team Flash as they bid a fond farewell to Cisco and Kamilla. After they announce their intentions to leave, Cisco feels a little put out after they all take it so well; especially Barry and Caitlin. But he tries to get the team more interested in his departure by helping with one last mission. Rainbow Raider 2.0 is whammying a lot of money out of people and the main effect she has is the euphoric happiness people feel. In fact, Cisco gets a dose of bliss and begins interfering with the mission. It gets worse when Barry gets a dose too. Hopefully they can stop her in time for an epic farewell party. Jay and Josh try to read each other's poker faces on this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

Barry's pseudo-children are forced to take "Family Matters" into their own hands as Nora continues to threaten everyone. A giant lightning storm descends on Central City, causing all kinds of problems. Nora orders Barry to bring her Sage, Still, and Strength, but instead Barry tries to hide them in an empty version of the Speed Force where she can't sense them. The lightning storm takes out Cecile, which worries Joe. It also takes out Iron Heights, which lets loose a bunch of dangerous Metas, and Frost too. Team Flash is running out of time. Luckily, the three siblings work together to try and stop their angry sister. What will the future hold for all our heroes as this chapter of their lives comes to a close? This is the reason Jay and Josh always dread family reunions, on this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

Barry and Iris deal with "Family Matters". Nora has successfully recruited Deon to help her track down the other forces. Back at STAR Labs, Barry convinces a very reluctant Alexa to train in preparation for an attack. She's very afraid of using her power. Then they get a lead on Psych. When they track him down, they try to convince him to join them and protect himself from Nora. And Joe deals with the return of Kristen Kramer and her extreme tactics by doing something unthinkable. Jay and Josh get their Urkel on during this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

Raising your children with love is a "Timeless" idea. Are the Strength, Sage, and Still Forces the children of Barry and Iris? After suffering with the guilt of getting Alexa killed, Barry decides the best solution is to go back in time and prevent the forces from being created at all. He enlists the help of Timeless Wells who can prevent the rest of the timeline damage. But Iris strongly disagrees with this idea. She walks out and tries to find Nora and convince her to be reasonable. Can the team find a reasonable compromise before Nora attacks again? Jay tries to use Josh as a divining rod on this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

All rise for "The People v. Killer Frost". Now that Frost has surrendered herself to the police, Kristen Kramer is determined to take her down. But she won't be content with just sending her to jail, she wants her to be forced to take the meta cure. Cecile tries everything she can think of to save Frost from this fate, and Caitlin just wants her to take it so she doesn't lose her sister. Plus, Barry and Nora track down Fuerza but it's not what Barry expected. Nora has something very specific in mind. Jay and Josh can't handle the truth on this week's episode of Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!
