I couldn’t wait to watch You Can See Everything, the new Nathan Fielder documentary about Elizabeth Holmes, and let’s just say… it sent me straight back down the rabbit hole!
In this spontaneous little episode of Scattered Spirit, I’m sharing my thoughts on the documentary, how it made me feel, and how Elizabeth Holmes somehow managed to almost convince me to see her differently.
But after revisiting some older interviews and watching The Inventor again, I was quickly reminded of just how complicated, convincing, and unsettling this whole story really is.
Can someone become so convincing that they start believing their own lies? And how easily can our perception of the truth be manipulated?
Just a little documentary review, some personal reflections, and another rabbit hole worth exploring!
If you haven’t watched it yet, I definitely recommend checking it out.
Could the story of Noah’s Ark have a real location? In this episode, I’m going down the rabbit hole of the Durupınar site in Turkey: the research happening there now, Ron Wyatt’s earlier claims, and the questions that keep drawing people back to it.
I also take a little detour to Lake Van, because Turkey seems to be a happening spot for historical mysteries lately. I don’t have a verdict on the Ark, but I’m fascinated by what researchers are looking for and I’ll be following the story as it develops.
After a little unplanned summer hiatus, I’m back! 🎙️✨
In this episode, I’m catching up on where I’ve been, why my car troubles accidentally put podcasting on pause, and that strange transition from the busyness of summer into the slower, reflective energy of fall.
I also chat about where Scattered Spirit might be heading next, including some possible changes to the format, letting go of the pressure to make every episode fit into a certain box, and allowing this podcast to evolve along with me.
A little life update, a little reflection, and a little figuring-it-out-as-I-go… which feels pretty on brand.
Welcome back to Scattered Spirit. 🤎🍂
I’ve loved a good conspiracy theory and rabbit hole for as long as I can remember - and honestly, I still do. 👀
But over the years, especially through my own spiritual awakening, I’ve also learned how easy it can be for curiosity to turn into consumption. In this episode, I’m sharing some honest reflections on the rabbit holes I’ve gone down, the darker places they can sometimes lead, and what I’ve learned about discernment along the way.
Because maybe the question isn’t always just, “Is this true?” Maybe it’s also: Where is this information leading me? How is it making me feel? Is it expanding me? Or consuming me?
This isn’t about dismissing conspiracy theories, blindly trusting everything we’re told, or pretending there isn’t truth hidden in unexpected places. It’s about learning how to stay curious without losing ourselves in the search.
Curiosity without captivity. ✨
Today I’m diving into the S4 / Bob Lazar documentary and one of the biggest questions it left me with - could there be a connection between advanced technology and consciousness?
We chat about Bob Lazar’s claims, UFO propulsion, Element 115, and some of the ideas that genuinely fascinated me while watching the documentary. I also share my own personal thoughts and interpretations around where technology, spirituality, and consciousness MIGHT overlap.
This isn’t about claiming absolute truth, just curiosity, open-minded conversation, and exploring the fascinating possibilities.
What do you think? could highly advanced technology eventually feel almost spiritual… or even consciousness-based? 👽✨
What does a “spiritual person” even look like?
In this episode, I explore the stereotypes surrounding spirituality, how those assumptions can feel surprisingly hurtful, and my own experience of feeling misunderstood. I also reflect on spirituality versus religion, inner connection, and why I think we’ve complicated something that may have always been deeply personal.
Maybe spirituality isn’t about fitting a mold, maybe it’s about coming home to yourself.

In this episode of Scattered Spirit, I’m opening up about my neurodivergent journey - from feeling like I was somehow “bad at life” to realizing my brain was simply wired differently.
I reflect on ADHD, overwhelm, burnout, hyperfocus, feeling “too much,” and the pressure of trying to have it all figured out. I talk about self-compassion, healing, spirituality, and what it means to stop fighting yourself and start understanding yourself.
If you’ve ever felt behind, scattered, misunderstood, or like life somehow felt harder for you than everyone else… this episode is for you.
We hear a lot about spiritual awakening - intuition, healing, purpose, alignment.
But what happens when awakening feels messy instead?
In this episode of Scattered Spirit, I’m sharing the side of awakening I didn’t expect: the uncertainty, identity shifts, emotional ups and downs, overwhelm, and the reality that healing doesn’t happen in a straight line.
After more than a decade on this journey, I’m reflecting on what awakening has actually looked like for me - not the polished version, but the honest one.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re growing and unraveling at the same time… this conversation is for you. 🤍
Welcome to the very first episode of Scattered Spirit.
In this episode, I introduce myself, share a bit about my spiritual awakening journey, neurodivergence, creativity, sensitivity, and why I finally decided to start this podcast after thinking about it for a long time.
This space is for conversations around spirituality, healing, consciousness, hidden history, personal growth, ADHD, burnout, creativity, and navigating life as a highly sensitive person in a very overwhelming world.
I don’t have everything figured out - and honestly, that’s part of the point.
Thank you for being here at the beginning. ♡
