📚 Academic culture shocks: adapting to learning in multiple new languages

⏳ Surviving the heavy bureaucracy and paperwork that comes with studying abroad

🥘 Adjusting to Native cuisines and food culture — bread meals, couscous, olives, and more

💑 Social norms around dating, friendships, and public displays of affection (PDA)

🧠 The power of confidence: owning your African identity and culture unapologetically

🤝 Practical tips and strategies to adapt faster in your host country

✅ Main takeaway: Be open-minded, ask questions, learn and unlearn, and respect the culture you’re in.
