The new Sphere arena in Las Vegas allows each section to hear a different audio. One section can be listening in French and the section next to them in Spanish. Marketing will be the same. Individual marketing specific to you is coming and bulk consumer marketing is dead!

Up until very recently, a 4 year degree was a requirement for many many jobs, even when no college level skills were actually needed or used in the job. The pandemic killed that. College degrees will become a less frequent requirement for most jobs. Jobs like accounting require a degree. Why?

Most industries, not all, but most are quietly bringing their work force back into the office. Lots of companies still let employees work kat home 1 or 2 days a week, that will disappear too soon I believe.

Maybe not in your industry, maybe not around you, but the data is pretty clear. 80% of Americans support the idea and bernie sanders promised a 4 day work week law. It didn’t pass. today (30%) of large US companies are exploring the idea. 4 day work week may not just be for the dentist….
