These shadows of Stress and Provocation are lined up within us and activating our own human and collective consciousness of wanting to move from our current state of affairs. Through our own Breath, we can pull out of the chaos and into our own Stillpoints. Breathing deeply into our bellies and let our body know we are safe, we can disconnect from the anxiety that keeps us in mental loops, constrictions within our bodies and emotional states.

AND, these shadows are what move us forward, with Restraint and Dynamism!

Gene Key 15 shows us how we can turn off our Light, tune out from Life, disconnect from the Love we are...which creates the state of Dullness. We can be dulled from our senses, dull in our conversations, unaware and unable to see and participate in the beauty and bounty of our interconnectedness.

The Gift of this key is Magnetism, the choice to participate with Life, full on, lit up, loving what is. Have you had those moments or days when you feel energized and alive and connected and Life brings forth beautiful synchronicities, fun serendipitous encounters and miracles of things turning out well?

The siddhi is Fluorescence (Florescence for our intercontinental folks) the flowering of flowering of consciousness and grace of Light and Love shining through all of Life. This key is part of the Codon Ring of Seeking...seeking more love, seeking growth and expansion, and beauty for ALL or self, depending on coming from the Gift or the Shadow.

Gene Key 12 is all around us and within us as well. We can often feel alone, separate, and abandoned. How can that truly be if we are part of the collective? When we forget and are so vain as to believe we have to do this Life thing on our own, we are operating in this shadow.

The Gift of this key is Discrimination, (a difficult word for many as it is often associated with racial and ethnic inequality in our world), as the ability to discern between the sense of the individual self and the larger collective Oneness that we are. When we can pause and remember, feel into our connectedness with all, we are using the gift of Discrimination,

The siddhi is Purity...Gene Keys describes this as our:

"True, unblemished nature. It is the awakening of the inner beloved, free from duality and external expectations."

Gene Key 45 is all around us and within us as well. Where do you have a Dominance of Intellect over Intuition? Or, emotional overwhelm over your physicality? Or mental ruminating, running over the beauty of this present moment?

The Gift of this key is Synergy, the flow and harmony of working together, both in a group or team and within ourSelves. There is an expansiveness and higher energy when all systems or parts trust and feel safe. Where do you withhold trust in a part of Self? Of life? Or even of your body? Safety is a feeling we give ourSelf, and also a sign of maturity. It's not provided by another or a specific situation. And, each of us gets to our core of Safety in different ways, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, or energetically, or a combination! What is your path?

The siddhi is Communion...Here we are speaking of the nonreligious meaning of Communion: an intimate sharing, or coming together in unity, or a deep spiritual or emotional connection. Join us as we discuss both the pulse of the week, Gene Key 35, as well as Susanne's current contemplation on Hope and Hopelessness. Gene Key 35 brings us the all-too-familiar human shadow of Hunger, which can be for more of anything: food, drink, sex, meaning, highs, money, etc. This is a shadow that is helpful to play with, allowing it to give us a taste for something, yet knowing when is enough! The gift of this key is Adventure, which is our humanness as well, to explore, discover, and find new ways of experiencing life, even a routine we do every day. The siddhi is Boundlessness, of imagining and experiencing life without bounds, even the remembrance of our previous lives when we could fly!

When we bring Hope and Hopelessness into the mix, they offer us a way to think and experience Life in new ways, allowing our bodies to feel and sense Life beyond our "normal" experiences. Hope is an expansion of our current thinking and living. It takes us to a new freshness that Adventure brings, expanding our vision from what is to what could be.
