Republican legislators are to blame for the rash of school budget referendums that will appear on ballots across Wisconsin in just two weeks’ time, Democrats argued at a press conference Monday.

They added that flipping control of the Legislature in November would provide some much-needed relief for Wisconsin taxpayers.
