He previously served at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as the Deputy Associate Director for School Safety and Director of the Federal School Safety Clearinghouse (SchoolSafety.gov). Don works with school districts, state agencies, and national partners to help build comprehensive, systems-based approaches to safety that integrate people, policy, training, and technology.
