Newark, NJ police Lieutenant, author, and court expert witness on police matters) and Capt. Andrew Selby (Ret. N.J. Fire Captain,  First Responder Safety officer, and school security officer). The panel will discuss the recent school shootings and the psychological / emotional impact it is having in America....

The panel will discuss the mental impact these shootings are having in our schools in addressing or not addressing the impact in such high profile violence. This panel will discuss some solutions that are not being addressed and procedures that need to be in place across America. We will pay respect to the known and unknown Heros who work hard everyday to keep our schools safe.
