CRAFT BEER SHOW INFO: The Godfather of mead himself, Ken Schramm joins us to get an inside scoop on meadmaking.  We learn about some upcoming projects and dive deep into the personal touch.  We learn the reason why he doesn't have too many bad products in public, the way he treats his staff to create such a low turnover, and we talk a little bit about fishing, his new orchard, and what comes next for a brick and mortar for Schramms.  A must listen to any fan of his mead which I'd guess would be anyone who has had it!
