In this episode, we sat with Dr Aileen King to discuss the KINGS mouse strain named after her, and her promising area of expertise in the optimisation of beta-cell transplantation for diabetic patients.

Dr Aileen King is a senior lecturer in Pharmacology at King's College London. Her research interests focus on diabetes. Aileen is a member of the Pharmacology and Therapeutics teaching department at KCL where she holds the role of senior tutor.
