Homemade Ice Cream is wonderful until it actually freezes and you need a blowtorch to get a spoonful.  My recipe has no sugar added, the wonderful taste of real ice cream and SCOOPS EASILY.  

Top is with sugar free chocolate syrup from Season 1, Episode 6 for the best sundae ever.  My chocolate syrup recipe is rich, dark, thick and you can't believe there is no sugar.  Enjoy!
