This video assumes (a) data came from Qualtrics and (b) you have some kind of spreadsheet program handy (e.g., Calc, Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers). This will work fine with data from any system as long as you do whatever it is you have to do to get it into standard "rectangular data matrix" format.
