Heres a mix recorded for Shane Woolman's Adventures in Sound that celebrates the underrated 90’s/2000 dancehall riddims, no vocals just B-sides from the record collection mixed like techno or breaks. Many of the B-sides just say version, so the main title is included in some of the track listing. There are a few modern tracks interspersed in the mix from Josi Devil, Danny T & Tradesman who release on our labels Scotch Bonnet & Scrub a Dub. Some of our favourite producers like Equiknoxx and Poirier and a few previously unheard edits of our remixes for Coldcut & Leftfield.

Star Trek Riddim (Vizion Production)

The Marathon Version (Lucky Love)

Try Riddim(Steelie & Cleavy)

Poirier -Jump Riddim (Nice Up)

Jazwad Riddim (The Shark)

Equiknoxx - Melodica Badness (DDS)

Hot Wax Riddim (Fat Eyes)

Agony UK Riddim (Yush)

Nightmere Riddim(Cool Backra)

Robbery Riddim (CJ Records)

One Pop Riddim (Studio 2000)

Josi Devil - The Devils Dance (unreleased)

Copy Cat Riddim (Studio 2000)

Danny T & Tradesman - Crazy Riddim (Scotch Bonnet)

The Drake (Heavy D)

It's been a wee while since Mungos gave us a studio mix. Fresh off the release of their new album More Fyah with Eva Lazarus, Mungos blends 45 minutes of exclusive cuts and heavy riddims.

Catch them on tour with Eva this autumn across UK and Europe.

The Nebula EP sees the first collaboration between upcoming Glaswegian producers RUDA and Rapture 4D for a gleaming-but-gritty 4 piece instrumental EP.

Yoker born grime prodigy, Rapture 4D has been catching people’s attention since he graduated from the Red Bull Academy working with the likes of Sir Spyro, Plastician, P Money and Stormin while RUDA is an active member of the Glasgow underground bass scene and a LVLZ radio resident.

For its 20th release, Scrub a Dub touch down on grime territories, oscillating between square waves and space echoes. This new 12” pushes the boundaries of dub as we know it while remaining deep and heavy - a pure slice of Glaswegian dubstep.

Josi Devil, aka JD, the enigmatic producer behind the Rules of the dance remix featured on Kahn and Neek’s fabric mix - returns with a double 12” and two absolute melters.

We're excited to announce our first full length on Scrub a Dub and we couldn't be prouder of the music.

Soulquencies is the brand new album from the artist Aquarius, a classically trained musician from Tokyo who cut his teeth in the music industry in Glasgow in the early noughties. He hosted some of the city’s first dubstep nights bringing artists like Silkie and Goth Trad, and taking small basement sessions into the bigger clubs, supporting Mala at the Art School. He played at some of the frst Outlook festival parties and was a trusted tour engineer for Mungo’s Hi Fi Soundsystem, before returning to Tokyo where he distilled his experiences and musical vision into this project.
