Scott has worked as a chef for just shy of 15 years. He started working for the sisters restaurants where he won young chef of the year, he then spent the majority of my career on luxury yachts, & boutique cruise ships. Sailed round the world 3 times on Worked for various hotels and resorts before finding myself as the development chef for Kained Holdings working with the likes of Porter and rye, the finnieston and the drug store social helping create some of Glasgow's most innovative cuisine
