Monday is engineering (i.e. structures) here we will discuss new construction technology, new construction methods, and innovative building design processes.
Wednesday is fitness (i.e. bodies). It is the "Three Macros & Three Questions Show", here we will discuss flexible dieting, why people have made the shift to IIFYM, what was the toughest part of learning this new lifestyle....and one surprise question.
Friday is business. Here we bring other millennials who are doing things, leveraging technology and breaking the mold that other generations try to place us in. This is a way for us to learn about each other, network via the internet and ...
