Listen up families. We are all guilty of too much screen time. I know I am. But I'm more confident now that Ilana Lowery and Common Sense Media came to my rescue. They are the best place for support when it comes to what movies, apps, online games and shows are age appropriate. A place to go to when it comes to taking out all the guess work of what to watch.

The heat is still here which means we're all looking for some indoor fun. And Arizona Boardwalk has hours of entertainment for all ages. This week, I had the pleasure of hanging out with CMO of Az Boardwalk, Ran Knishinsky. The family owned operation is truly a place of all day entertainment.

As parents, we always want what's best for our kids. But how much is too much when it comes to youth sport leagues? This week I dive into the difference of coaching the game vs coaching the player. Tamera Hatfield and Kristin Hollrah of AZ Soccer Academy join me at the table to discuss the importance of picking the right league for your kid. Sometimes the bigger the league isn't always better. So much to learn from these ladies and their organization.

This week I have the pleasure of sharing the table with Dr. Nancy of Dr. Nancy Knows. She started her career as a ER Trauma Dr. Now she's sharing her knowledge with all of us. From her motivation Monday's to helping the Veterans and homeless, there's not much Dr. Nancy doesn't know.

SUSD is starting back this week. While we're all excited to have last year behind us, there are still some concerns about what this school year will look like. I got the opportunity to sit down 1-1 with Dr. Menzel. He was ready and willing to tackle every hot topic issues.

We also have Veronica Leon from Macaroni Kid back! She's getting us excited for fall festivals and so much more. LOTS of fun coming up!
