She discusses the purposes and benefits of creating a wildlife habitat that focuses on the grasses native to her property.
Her property is recognized as an official Monarch Waystation that provides resources for Monarch butterflies as they undertake their annual migration, which can cover distances of 2,500 to 3,000 miles each way.
Tosha points out that she's working with Jerry Biddle and the Code Enforcement Board to create an environment that benefits everyone and still provides a wildlife habitat.
