Scratch my itch

Listen Later

Scratch my itch

Sometimes I swear the second that I am using both hands

To carry something say, I get an irritation in my nasal

glands

Or maybe something right square between my shoulder blades

Drives me mad and I go off on one of my mindless tirades

There’s a cure for my ills, no I don’t need no pills

Just my baby beside me to reach up under my gills

Stops me wiggling so I don’t pop a stitch, calms my nerves so

I don’t need to bitch

She’s my baby and I love her so, but baby right now I really

need you to scratch my itch

Babe you know sometimes my issue don’t pertain to my skin,

There’s an empty spot beside me and it grates me within

A rash of insecurity has spread all over making me squirm

I need the warmth of your touch and babe I need it long term

Stops me wiggling so I don’t pop a stitch, calms my nerves so

I don’t need to bitch

She’s my baby and I love her so, but baby right now I really

need you to scratch my itch

Sidle up close woman, rub away the pain, let your love wash

me like a gentle summer rain

Walk with me, learn with me, grow with me, laugh with me,

teach how to be in love forever again

I need that warmth babe, long term, stop all that wiggling

no need to bitch

Babe you know I love you forever, mama come to me and

scratch my itch

Scratch me baby
