SCREAM DREAMS is the show that delves into our most vivid dreams and nightmares, and how they affect our lives and work.
Show hosts are Catherine Corcoran (Terrifier, Return to Nuke 'Em High), James A Janisse (Kill Count, Dead Meat Podcast) and Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator, Suitable Flesh).
In this comedy-centric episode, there are also some real nuggets of wisdom.
Christmas is almost here, and Henry is bringing the holiday cheer as only he can! He tells us the lengths he will go to in order to become a convincing Santa for today’s jaded kids.
Henry talks about his intense dreams, how they may be affected by the true crimes he studies, and how the depravities of real human behavior are scarier than any horror movie. He discusses how his favorite shows relax him - but also watching police interrogation videos! And we delve into his nightmares - being accused of murder, and escaping a hostage situation.
We discuss women killers, how poisoning is often a method of choice for them, and how premeditated that method can be. Also, just why did Catherine want to keep a deadly poison around in her apartment?
We talk about how dogs are in charge of us, the perils of having security cameras in the house (who might be watching them?), the cult of Scientology and how it is a little like ann acting class. Plus, Halloween Haunts, butt-holes and the no-touching rule. James confesses his love of the Hell House movies, but what makes a really good Haunt and which are the best?
In this week’s Side Barb, we ask – how do you know who might be really dangerous? Barbara has some very practical advice, with a story about a defusing a tense situation when an upset ex-boyfriend turned up at her door. And finally, in our game, Henry has to escape from a bad dream, but our hosts are there to stop him!

Hosts are Catherine Corcoran (Terrifier, Return to Nuke 'Em High), James A Janisse (Kill Count, Dead Meat Podcast) and Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator, Suitable Flesh).
In this episode…This one is full of surprises!
Joe Lynch talks about preparing for this interview by dreaming more… and sleeping even less! How his dreams help him to process his real-life fears. How intense weed smoking used to eradicate his dream recollections. How he dreams cinematically, in camera angles, and how he directs in his sleep. How a scene from SUITABLE FLESH was responsible for his most disturbing death dream. How he uses moments from his dreams in his movies – and his intense fear of hanging upside down (no comment from Catherine!). We discuss the pressure of being a director, and the importance of hiding those inner nerves. Plus long shooting days, the advantage of “French hours”, and taking on internet trolls and negative reviewers on Letterboxd.
We talk about Johnathon Schaech’s hairy chest, James’ smoothy, and the amount of sex in SUITABLE FLESH. Joe and Catherine discuss cinematic nudity, the unsexiness of shooting sex scenes, and the pros and cons of intimacy coordinators.
In this week’s Side Barb, Barbara drops a huge, sexy dream revelation on Joe – it’s a jaw-drop moment for all! Barbara and Joe get emotional as they discuss working together. And Joe and our hosts play a new nightmare-guessing game, with interesting results!

The band’s latest deluxe album Welcome to Horrorwood: Under Fire is available now on Fearless Records at http://found.ee/WTH_UnderFire
In this episode…Spencer talks about one of his greatest fears - flying - and some scary incidents he has encountered in the air. We get an exclusive telling of his mild air-rage incident that nearly turned into the worst kind of trouble for him. Catherine recounts her terror of roller-coasters, which may or may not derive from the FINAL DESTINATION movies. And how her dog Luna may or may not be a bit of an a-hole!
We find out the scary movies - known and not so well-known - that shaped Spencer into a huge horror fan, and his favorite horror franchise. Plus the pros and cons of guys going 'full tuck’ on-screen.
We discuss Spencer’s childhood toy, and small kids who play with horror toys. Spencer talks music - and lack of music - to create suspense in movies, about seeing young kids and babies at Ice Nine Kills gigs - what not to write in an autograph to a pregnant woman, and his reasoning behind launching a horror convention of his own.
Finally, in this week’s Side Barb, we play a game specially written by Catherine for our rock star guest, and Spencer reveals a talent for accents and impressions!

Chelsea and Catherine bond in adversity over their bad sleep patterns, and more positively over their shared love of English history.
We learn out about James’ visual image deficiency, face blindness, and his very scary drawings. Chelsea reveals she has lesser known skills of sewing, embroidery, crocheting and Cosplay costume-making.
And in this week’s Side Barb, we play a new game that James and Chelsea could do really well at - watch and see how they fare!
