Pete (Tom Stourton), is being thrown a birthday party after years of not seeing his friends, but nothing seems right with him. He’s on edge, easily annoyed, and eventually starts blaming everyone for everything. Is he being self-centered, or is something really going on here? Maybe it’s because when he got to the party location no one was even there yet. And when they DID get there, they showed up with a stranger who seems to know a little too much about Pete. Here to discuss their own social anxieties, we have Trevor, Frank, and Bradly. Chad’s here too, but he’s being punished for not introducing the cast during this review… what a jerk. Sounds like something Pete would do….

Trevor T. Trujillo is a One Of Us contributor in addition to being the co-host, co-founder, and co-producer of the Nighthawks Podcast. Trevor’s 17-year media career spans multiple arenas including television, radio, podcasting, and online journalism; and he is currently the editor-in-chief for a regional online news provider in the Rocky Mountain West. Often a nomad, Trevor has found himself “at home” in places like Austin, Texas; West Hollywood, California; and throughout central and southeastern Wyoming. Get the pause button ready, Trevor also manages to pop up in blink-and-you’ll-miss-them featured extra roles in Nickelodeon’s FRED, TruTV’s OPERATION REPO and the Todd Rohal/Zack Carlson short THE SUPLEX DUPLEX COMPLEX.

 

 

Frank Calvillo (Highly Suspect Reviews, Screener Squad)

Born and raised in South Texas, Frank currently lives in Austin and has been in love with movies ever since his father showed him some Three Stooges shorts when he was five years old. Today he loves all kinds of film, regardless of era, country, budget or genre. He believes every film has an audience and is at least one person’s favorite movie.
