OZARK SEASON 4 REVIEW

It’s time for one last boat ride through the manmade Lake of the Redneck Riviera. For three seasons, we’ve traveled deeper and deeper into the world of money laundering, heroine, psychopathic drug bosses, Mexican drug cartels, and under the table FBI deals with Marty and Wendy Byrde (Jason Bateman and Laura Linney), with their teenage kids Charlotte and Jonah (Sofia Hublitz and Skylar Gaertner) in tow. Season four sees the wheeling and dealing of Marty and Wendy trying as always to schmooze their way out of being brutally murdered by the cartel or taken to prison for the rest of their lives by the US government. Meanwhile, Ruth Langmore, (Julia Garner) continues to have one of the most gloriously foul mouths in TV history while attempting to build her own empire. How does Ozark compare to other classic crime series, such as Breaking Bad and The Sopranos? Drew, Wright, TC, and Melina share their feelings on every bump in the road of this American crime story, discussing the final season spoiler free, as well as the series as a whole, before opening up the floor to a brief no holds bar spoiler chat.

Wright hails from the northern suburbs of Dallas, Texas. His passion for filmmaking brought him to Austin to study and make movies.
