THE CONTRACTOR MOVIE REVIEW

Coming to a RedBox near you, in a movie Chad says your step dad is gonna love is The Contractor. Chris Pine stars as Special Forces Sergeant James Harper, a soldier involuntarily discharged from the Army and cut-off from his pension, because he had to take copious amounts of painkillers just to handle the injury he sustained in the line of duty. Why does he have to do that? Could it be that our American health care and military care system doesn’t have the heart nor infrastructure to provide for our military veterans? Probably. No time for that though. This hardened and skilled soldier has to take matters into his own hands. In debt, out of options, and desperate to provide for his family, Harper joins a private contracting organization (which is just a nice way of saying mercenary) alongside his best friend Mike (Ben Foster) and under the command of a fellow veteran, Rusty (Kiefer Sutherland, possibly fresh off of dental surgery). When their very first assignment goes awry, Harper finds himself hunted and on the run, caught in a dangerous conspiracy and fighting to stay alive long enough to get home and uncover the true motives of those who betrayed him. Harmoni is a mermaid-haired, millennial, rum drinking, Section 31, Slytherin (who’s divorced J.K.
