THE OLD GUARD MOVIE REVIEW

A group of (almost) immortal warriors led by Charlize Theron fight for what’s right over the centuries, but having to go out of their way to dodge those who would use their endlessness for their own benefit. When a grown-up Dudley Dursley pharma bro (ie: Martin Shkreli) hires mercenaries to bring them in, their skills and their trust for each other will be tested, as will the loyalty of noob-immortal Nile (KiKi Layne). It’s a comic book movie so Chris and a new generation of ‘funny-book boys’ are put to the test on this review.
