WANDAVISION SERIES REVIEW

Continuing where the MCU films left off, this first in a series of Disney+ mini series follows Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) as she lives an idyllic and literally sitcom life with her formerly dead partner Vision (Paul Bettany). It soon becomes clear (like, immediately, if you’ve watched “Endgame”) that something is way amiss and that Wanda has somehow in her grief exploded with power, bringing an entire small town into her delusion of a ‘perfect life’. I probably didn’t need to explain ANY of that to you as the whole world seems pretty familiar with what was the watercooler tv event of the past several years. But you might want to listen to Chris, Dogget, Rose, and Eliot do a deep-dive into the show, praise what was good, argue about what wasn’t, and contextualize it all within both the MCU and the Marvel comics universe.

Christopher Lawrence Cox (Founder, Da Boss)

Born in the wilds of northern Virginia, in 1992 Chris managed to put all of his survival skills to use and barely escaped with his life to Austin Texas, where ever since he’s dabbled in everything from plumber’s assistant to sandwich maker, from band to bar management.
